Users report several VM's all of a sudden show up
Several of my users have had this happen many times and it's quite irritating. For example, many of the users went home last night and every singel one didn't have any unheard messages. When they arrived to work this morning, they all of a sudden had several missed messages from the previous day or before as if they missed the calls entirley. No, those callers did not call during off hours. The calls were made while they were actually sitting at the desk, but went to VM. No, they did not have DND (do not disturb) turned on.

Guess what??!! Another user today reported that they had a VM indicator on the mailbox this past Monday, checked and the system said no new mail. Today, shockingly, they said the mail arrived and they now see and got the VM. This is getting pretty common. Can SOMEONE there PLEASE fix this crappy phone system! Get your "engineers" (they don't really qualify for that term) to fix the massive bugs you have. Or go procure a ompany who has been in the business for a while.
I'm tired of calling every single week to fix these things. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!

Have you gotten any traction on this? I'm curious if this buggy issue was resolved for you. Sorry to hear that your company had to go through the delayed VMs!
