User Cannot Hang Up Calls.
We have a user running VoiceEdge (Version: 1.37.0) on their Windows 10 computer (Running Latest Update(s)) who said they have an intermittent issue where they cannot hang up their phone calls. We've tried resetting the app settings but they had no effect on the issue.
Has anyone else had this issue and know of a fix?

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help. You can do this by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of their screen and send a message to the shared handle "Comcast Business"

@user_25b794 There is no solution yet. The "solution" they proposed was to use the Leave Feedback button; they also said that if enough people are having this issue it will eventually get resolved. In my eyes, I see it as they don't care if only a few individuals are having an issue. Our only hopes are that if enough people see this and complain about it, it will eventually get fixed. As it stands now, were 'dead in the water.'
I have discovered a 'solution' on Windows. If a Comcast Employee/Developer is seeing this, this is not an actual solution, just a work-around. If you expand the Task Bar, right-click on the VoiceEdge application, and select quit; it will hang up the call. End user's should not expect this from a polished application; to me, it's absurd that an application to make and receive calls cannot hang up. I would consider hanging up calls an essential function of the application.

I am also having this issue. The app on my cell phone does not allow me to hang up calls or do soft transfers.
