User answers call and it auto-dials to another extension

I have a user who is part of a Hunt Group. When one of the Hunt Groups is ringing, and they answer their phone, it re-dials back to the original Hunt Group number. I currently have no Forward settings on the user's extension and nothing has been changed on the Hunt Groups. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there! I am sorry one of your users is having this issues. That is so frustrating, and would love to help look more into this for you. Can you send us a DM with your name, business name and address? 


Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
