tutorial videos for account management

I have been tasked with taking over the management of our account.  I need to learn how to change greetings, set up be anywhere, hunt groups etc... The instructions I find on the website do not match what I see when I follow the instructions.  I cannot find any training videos on the website or on YouTube that are relevant. 
Where can I find training on this website and phone system?  Right now if I was given a say in who we used for our phone system Comcast would be the LAST company I would suggest.  I have fought this website since we opened the account, and find it decidedly NOT user friendly.

Hello, EFisher thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post. I'm sorry to hear of the frustration with the Hunt Group documents and videos. I was able to locate a few different articles off the Comcast Business website. 

Are these the ones you're having issues when seeing the mismatched information?

From experience, I've noticed at times when accessing the website and I have any issues. Accepting all cookies at the bottom of the website is helpful - located under "Cookie Preferences". You can also toggle any existing ones on/off and save.

The problem is when I go through these instructions for setting up a Be Anywhere phone, the information on my account in the Comcast system as I move through the steps what I see in my account is NOT what the instructions say I SHOULD see.

There is no option for what to do if that happens.

To protect your account security please send me a DM with your full name, the service address and primary phone number for the account to Comcast Business.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
