Spam call filtering

We have Comcast Business Voice Edge and a few times a week we get calls from random out of state numbers and there's no one on the line. It's always a different phone number and they never show up as unknown or spam. It's increasing our call volume and wasting our staff's time. What are our options for call filtering? Thanks

Hello @user_f3310a Thanks for reaching out. Right now we have a few different features' setup for callblocking and screening for our Business Voice Edge. Please review this link and make sure you have these settings enabled.

If they already are set up we can certainly look into other options for you.
