Soft Phone / BVE App Shuts Down
Anyone know why the BVE app shuts down when you try to access one of the contacts on the phone (IE synced from office365). But it works fine if I use the company directory that Comcast built for our system.
Running an iphone 8, with the latest patches.

Was hoping not to do that, but I did and still same results.
I open the app
Go to the contact I want
Click on the number
and then the app closes
think i figure it out . . . the app no longer likes contacts that have an email address.
anyway to get this update to the development team so they can patch it?

Sure! I can open a ticket to have this looked into on the backend. Please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc) to get started.
