Simultaneous Calls all accounting for Missed Calls
My business has 8 phones and when someone calls they all simultaneously ring but in our dashboard if it is picked up by one of the phones all the other 7 phones get accounted for missed calls. So our dashboard is becoming cluttered with 7 additional lines of a single missed call, every missed call. There is no way for me to filter those off in the dashboard, I was exporting all the calls into excel and filtering them myself with excel tools.

Hello @user_24d16a have you attempted these steps? In your Xfinity Business portal, create a Hunt Group and assign all 8 phones to it. This would allow all the phones to ring but register when one has been picked up to avoid the missed call notifications.
