sign in and out of phone queue

We just installed the comcast phone queue.  All is good except when users walk away or leave their desk.  There should be a way to sign in and out on the Polycom telephone but I do not see it.  How do we do this so phones don't ring at empty desks.

Through the app is the way to edit this. There may be an option on the phone to set up call forwarding or do not disturb. I know at my last job, when we were not at the phone, we would set the phone to forward to another number. This was done through the phone options and not the phone companies options. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
