shared call apperance

How do I find this feature? I've looked everywhere (obviously not if I can't find it). I googled how to, but the instructions on how to do it are old as when we first switched to this phone system a few months ago there was a system update per our tech.

Hey @user_44aee1, thank you for reaching out on our forums. The shared call appearance is managed through the Business Myaccount portal. Our website here, has the steps on setting it up.

That is the same thing I found when I googled how to do it, but none of those steps are in my account when I sign in. I am choosing our voice edge account when I'm looking for those steps. My screen looks nothing like the instructions show.

Thank you for checking that. Strange, that is still what we are showing the instructions are. Can you send us a direct message so we can check why it isn't showing? 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Comcast Business" in the "To:" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
