"Schedule" not working as expected

Hello,

I created a Daily Working Hours schedule and event following these instructions exactly, but calls still ring to me outside of these hours. How do I make all calls go directly to voicemail outside of the Daily Working Hours I've set?

@user_213273 . Thanks for the post, Dan. If the feature is not working correctly we want to look into putting in a ticket and see what else is going on. Can you first check if automated attendant has an option to go to voicemail? https://comca.st/3PNZXnL
