Save button not working in Auto Attendant Edit - how to bypass?

I need to edit an auto attendant and the save and continue button is not working. I tried different browsers and different PCs and same issue.

Until fixed, is there a way to edit an auto attendant greeting? I need to upload a new file for the greeting.

Hey @user_a0d85c, thank you for reaching out to us on our Business forums. We definitely want you to be able to make the changes you need for your greetings and I'd love to help. When trying to save and continue, is the button greyed out or it just doesn't save when you press it? Have you tried with the phone dialing option?

Having the same problem. The Save and Continue button is blue, but does nothing when clicked.

We can't get to the dial in point. In the Manage Auto Attendant menu, we cannot proceed past the tab 1. Set up keypad menu. The Save and Continue button at the bottom of the new site is non-functioning.

Ok, I understand. Have you had access before with setting up the different options? Are you logged into your account on the website?
