Reset Voicemail PIN?
I am resetting a workstation and the phone has V/M messages blinking but I do not have the PIN. When I go into the admin page I don't see an option to reset it and when I log in as the the email assigned to that phone there is no V/M options. How do I reset the PIN so I can clear the phone?

Hi, @open_office! Thanks for reaching out to Comcast over our Business Forums page! You have reached the perfect place for help with resetting the voice mail pin. Have you tried the forgot your security pin option? You will be asked for your Security PIN question and answer to reset the PIN. To change your pin:
- Sign in to My Account and select Phone from the Services menu. If you do not see the Phone Panel you will not be able to change your Security PIN at this time.
- Expand the Account menu and select Manager Settings, then select the Pencil icon next to Edit Security PIN.

You see my screen shot of what I have below the services tab. I do not have a "forgot my PIN" option or I would have tried that. The only thing I have under the services tab is this:

Comcast_Gabe, you weren't listed in the available users when I went to send a message, so I sent it to "Comcast Business". If you needed me to send it to someone else, let me know who.

Yes. But that person just told me to type in the PIN and if that didn't work did I know anyone who knew the PIN? If I knew either of those two things, I would have done that and this conversation would have never happened.
I'm very frustrated.
