Re-record voicemail greeting
We have followed the instructions to reset our voicemail greeting and re-recorded it 4 times now and it will not save and update. We have the Poly Rove 30/40 phone. Any suggestions how to get our newly recorded greeting to save?

What error do you see when you try to save your new greeting? Do you have an alternate greeting scheduled outside of normal business hours?
