Request Customer Service Survey

Where can I submit a customer service survey?

I was met with an absolutely amazing representative today and she not only walked me through the process, she had the appropriate level of patience, information, and customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond! Was willing to walk me though all the other things going on with our business phones but was so efficient and effective, we were able to complete what I called in for in under twenty minutes. 

We need more people like this working as our customer service and technicians, really excellent service.

I do not like Comcast. I’m going to cancel with them I just started a new business couple of days for$129.95 and increase me to $164. That’s not right Business name Vena Café
