Remote Pickup Starcode
I can't seem to find the star code that will allow to remotely pickup another phone in the office.
The situation in question would be if one phone is ringing in the office and I know which phone it is and I'm not near it, I want to be able to pick up that phone from my own desk.

The Feature you are reffering to is Directed Call Pickup. When another phone in you office is ringing, you should be able to pick up your phone and dial *97xxxx#. The xxxx would be the extension number of the phone that is ringing. That will allow you to answer the call that is ringing a different extension.
