HI toniregret.   This error message is caused by incorrect user credentials.  Either incorrect username or password.  Try resetting the password and then login in again.

I followed this link but it won't accept my Comcast Business credentials to log in. It keeps saying Invalid Username or Password when I know it's exactly what I use to log into my Comcast Business account.
