Re: Personal Directory in BVE Portal does not Sync with Phone?
Did you guys find a solution to this? I was under the impression that the phones were going to be preprogrammed. Now support is telling me I have to manually enter EVERY SINGLE CONTACT on EVERY SINGLE PHONE manually!?!?!
Seems insane to me!!

365DTM, sorry to hear about your troubles with your phone contacts. Have you attempted to reach back out to support to see if there is a way of uploading these contacts?

Yes, I have called support multiple times. They have told me multiple times that the only thing that we can upload to the phones is the "face plate" (the 5/6 programmable buttons on the screen). A directory would need to be type in manually, on each phone.
Seems like a simple function. They suggested I print a piece of paper out and give it to each peopl containing numbers or extensions instead. I feel as if in 2020 I should not have to print a piece of paper out to use as a directory on a brand new phone system.

I too was promised the same thing when I signed up. We have 30 phones, and all of us have other directories. Entering manually is not an option. Please fix this.
