I previously read that link you sent.   It says:

The initial PTT setup should be done by the administrator. Once it is set up, users can make changes to manage with whom they use PTT services.

To configure PTT settings:

Go to your Personal Web Portal
Click Call Control
Select Push to Talk
Configure and save your setting

I don't see a "Call Control" option anywhere. Where is it hiding?

user_f2abb9, Great question. In reviewing the settings, I see that it should be listed when you go into the Personal Web Portal. Are you able to send over a picture of what you are seeing when you go into the Personal Web Portal without including any personal information?
