Port out Pin for BVE

I have been trying to find a way to get the port out pin on my dashboard, but am not finding it. Is there a simple way to port out multiple numbers on my account?

@user_ab7531 Good question and thanks for posting. To keep things safe, only one can be done at a time. One has to go to the number they want, and request a pin for each line they want to transfer. Here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-xfinity-mobile-service are the exact steps to follow and obtain the pin through text.

@Comcast_Benny​ This does not seem to work for Comcast BVE phones (landline/desk phones).. Is there another way to do this or do I need to call in?

Are you being requested a port out pin to port your landline? You should only need your account number and your account pin to transfer your number. Have you reached out to the new provider yet?
