Placing a call on Hold to answer another call

OK, I know this is a stupid question, but I just got my new phone yesterday and can't find a good manual on how to use it. It's the Panasonic KX-TPA65. I placed a call on hold and had another incoming call. How do I toggle between calls? There are no separate line buttons on the phone base.

There are no stupid questions here. Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your feature concerns with the new handset. Are you referring to our call waiting feature? If so here is how you would use that feature,

  1. When you hear the Call Waiting tone, press and release the switch hook or flash button.

  2. When you hear the second dial tone, press *52. Your first call will be placed on hold, and your second call will be on the line.

    • You can alternate the two calls as often as you'd like by pressing and releasing the switch hook or flash button and dialing *52.

    • To end the first call and answer the second, simply hang up. Your phone will ring, and the second caller will be on the line.

    • The first or the second call will also end when the caller hangs up.
