Phone Rings one time, then goes silent

Just got the Polycom VVX 500/501 phone yesturday.

 

As of this morning we have 2 phones that will only ring one time, then they go silent. It's still rining, but there is no sound. 

 

Did a few test calls and it rings only the one time, and when I hang up the phone I'm using to call my phone makews a blip of a ring noise as the call is ended.

 

Any one know how to fix this?

Found out it was the selected ringtone. *Ring Splash* is appanrently only a tone and not one to use as a ringtone, which is honestly unfortunate because the others are extremely obnoxious.

Hi Jackiepants! Congrats on the new phone system! Since the setup is pretty new, the best place to start would be to check the settings and make sure everything is set up as you need it to be: Polycom 500/501 Overview . If that all seems correct, please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, so we can help.
