Phone Ringing When Not Being Called

My VoiceEdge phone rings each time someone in my office intercoms another user as though they're calling me. Baffling. Any ideas?

Also, anytime someone calls another user's DID, my phone rings. Again, this doesn't happen to others.

Hmm, that's odd. Let's get some further information so we can take a closer look at your phone line. Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message letting me know your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number and the pertinent information for your phone.

Trying to reply to your PM but it's telling me I've reached my limit again. 

 

  1. Explain numbers

  1. What is ext xxx? What other extensions are there?
  2. Call Pickup Groups - how to know which call you're answering (the *98 feature)?

  6. Create new Hunt Group. I can't seem to be able to online. 
  7. Caller ID still Bad Mgmt
  8. Push-to-Talk settings and instructions are very clunky;  Set your phone to act as a two-way radio for instant communication across your business with the push of a button**. To make a Push-to-Talk call, press *50 on your phone and enter the user's extension (**this is the push of 6 buttons, not 'a' button. Am I missing something?).

(tried to send this to our PM but got that same message saying I've exceeded the limit). 

 

After meeting with some staffers yesterday to assist them with the Comcast Busniess mobile app, I have 3 more issues. 

  1. Can't add number in mobile conf feature for Nichole. I type everything in and hit save and nothing happens. 
  2. Sam can't connect to her account at all. She types the temp password that is generated when I hit 'password reset' and she gets this page that has 'oops. Something went wrong'. 
  3. Nichole was the account admin when our company was at a different address more than 3 years ago. Her user still shows this old address (60 Music Square East).
