Phone does not ring for caller when they call me while using Comcast Business app

I have been having this issue for a few months it seems. I work remotely and use the Comcast Business app to port any calls I get for my business line to my cell phone. Any time I get a call, it rings for me until I answer as normal, but the people calling do not hear that the phone is ringing at all, there is no sound at all. But the call goes through and I receive it with no issue. 

My settings are as follows:

Do not disturb: OFF

Call forwarding: ON
Alert me when call is forwarded: ON

I have tried deleting the app completely and starting from scratch to no avail, this issue keeps happening. Any help getting this fixed would be greatly appreciated as this is interfering with my work!

Hello, @katie_derosa! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Business Forums and bringing this to our attention. That is a really odd issue where everything works except for your customers not hearing the phone ringing. I can definitely see how that would affect things because they may just hang up when it's actually working just fine.
