Hi and thank you for visiting the forums! I can help with getting the name showing on Caller ID changed for you. Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and account number, as well as the phone number that we need to change the name on and what name you'd like to have show.

Since the recent changes to the business voice edge website, I am unable to change the names that are associated with our office phones. We use the Polycom 410. I've updated the names on the voice edge website, but the old names still display on the phones themselves. Is this process broken? Or is there a new way to do this? Thank you.
