Personal Directory Import

I have made several attempts to import a CSV file into the personal directory without success. I have created the CSV file from scratch multiple times, in multiple different programs to without success. If there is going to be an option to import a CSV file, then it should work. I continuously get the error "Unable to save at this time. Please try again later."

I have an example of a report that Ihave used to import to my personal directory it worked just fine.

Example:

Will you send me the example csv file that you upload for the directory? I have tried recreated the file based on your example but it doesn't work.

I was able to import the list, but what good does that do if it doesn't reflect on the physical phone's directory? Is there no way to have that happen?
