Panasonic KX-TPA60 Wireless DECT Handset

We have this cordless on our account. It recently died and we are being sent a replacement and I requested a better quality cordless phone with bluetooth capability so we can connect a bluetooth wireless headset. I was told that wasn’t possible because this is the only cordless phone compatible with comcast. So even if I threw the broken phone away and purchased a new cordless from a store that would meet my needs it wouldn’t work or be compatible with our comcast voice edge plan. If that is true. How can I possibly locate a wireless headset that wil work with this  cordless phone? (Panasonic KX-TPA60 Wireless DECT Handset)

Hello, there @user_4ac982 thank you so much for reaching out for help with headset options when you are using the KX-TPA60 wireless handset. I was able to do some research for you and found that our voice edge services can support any headset that will work with your PC will work for the Desktop app. However, the app does not have the option to let you answer the phone via the buttons on the headset.
