Paging

After adding an ATA for an external overhead paging system, will you be able to add that extension/user as a "paging user"? Meaning will you be able to add this new seat to a paging group?

Hey @user_722e13, thanks for reaching out to Comcast Business support on our forums. That's a great question and I think you should be able to. The pagers would have their own numbers. Looking at it in a Hospital situation, you wouldn't want to only be able to page all the nurse but the ones you need to. That is a question that is outside our scope over the forums on setting it up but you can get technical support over the phone at 800-391-3000.
