Outlook Integration

Hello,

 

New VoicEdge user/TA i have a question regarding Outlook Contact Intergation. We an OUtlook 365 (cloud) based office is ths supported with the out look integration feature. I can seem to make it work.. Maybe i am doing something wrong?

Hi Lwebster.  Unfortunately this feature will only work if you are running Outlook locally on your computer.  The feature is compatible with Outlook 2000 SP3, 2002/XP SP2, 2003, 2007, 2010.  A free version Microsoft® Outlook 2010 is included with your Comcast Business Internet service.  Here is a link to additional information.
