Office moving due to renovation, how to connect Business VoiceEdge phones?

Hello,

Our office will soon perform renovation for about 1-2 months. By law, to do the flooring construction, we have to empty our office. We will move to another office on the same floor temporarily. Since we are using Business VoiceEdge, I wonder how are we going to connect our phones in the other office. (There may be no Comcast internet port.)

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity forums. Just to clarify, the office you are moving to is in the same office space that your current services are connected to? Or would it be a different address for that office entirely?

The office will be on same address, same floor, but maybe on the other end of the building. (example: move from suite 420 to suite 403)

We will be in that office for about 1-2 months and move back when the renovation finished.

It sounds like you may need to transfer the services to the new suite since those are typically part of the address. I'd like to get a closer look at the account details.
