Not working!
Our voice edge service is currently out. We've tried resetting everything and it doesn't fix it. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and no one is answering at the 877-761-7401 number. Any advice on how to get this back up and running? I can't even get into the portal right now it just keeps telling me the portal isn't working and to try again later. This is so frustrating!

Lovely. Sat on hold for roughly an hour and a half only to be disconnected. Fantastic. Our system is still down and I can't get anyone to help! If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it. Our internet is working, it's just this voice edge system. I've reset everything, unplugged the phones, etc etc.
