New VoiceEdge App Keeps Ringing

Version 1.31.0 of the app keeps ringing whether I've picked the call up on my desk phone or through the Windows application. If I answer the call through my desk phone, I can dismiss the call in the app to make it stop ringing, but if I answer the call in the Windows app, it will keep ringing throughout the call and there seems no way to make it stop once the call is completed. Actually, there is one way to stop it from ringing: Quit the app.

 

Am I missing a setting?

Oh goodness, that sounds frustrating! It sounds as though the Windows app isn't registering that you've picked up the line, even if you do so within the app, right? Have you already attempted an uninstall/reinstall of the app?

After it ran an update, today, it seems to be working fine.

I am having this identical issue, where when the user answers the line they can hear the person but the app is still ringing constantly, I have removed and reinstalled and it is running 1.35.0 and this happened again even after the remove/reinstall, any ideas?
