New Undocumented Features in the EA Portal?

Hello, I've just logged into the EA portal after some time away from it and notice some new features. In reading through the limited Help on the portal, most of the new things I'm seeing are not listed so I'm unable to learn how to properly use or understand these features (Paging, Call Pick-up Group, etc.)  Is there another site that explains new features? I feel like I'm in the "I don't know what I don't know!" category but might get benefit from some of this added functionality.
