New Portal Experience is Terrible!

I can't switch between locations to manage BVE features. Looks better, but is almost totally useless at the moment.

Try clicking the 9 dots icon at the top left. That side menu allows you to change accounts and then under Subscribed Services you can access BVE Manager or User. Not sure why they removed it from the account overview page...

@mcullen I've tried that. Here's what I experience. When I log onto the site and click on the "waffle", I get one entry: "My Account". I end up clicking on a lot of things on various screens to get it to populate that waffle list before I can choose the account I need to work on. It literally takes me 7-10 clicks through screens to jump start that waffle.

I've tried this in three browsers, Firefox, Edge, Chrome.

All of my accounts are linked.

I can't be the only one having this problem, can I?

Evidently, they've done some more work on it, and it's working pretty darn good for the last three weeks or so.

I was hoping to help but I sold a business over a year ago and they can’t unlink for some reason. And at one point they were able to forward my business calls to to my old location causing business loss. My experience has been much the same. As your first Comcast response above. I’ve used this system for years and now they have issues but seems it’s always the user. I would be happy if the regular services they are to provide was actually provided. Wish you the best

Adding to this thread because I'm trying to do seemingly straightforward tasks like manage our automated attendant, hunt groups and voicemail and the Portal DOES NOT WORK. I get a lot of errors when trying to click into the management areas including:

Bad Request - Request Too Long


HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

Does everyone have this experience with the Comcast Business Voiceedge BVE portal or just me?
