Move number/extension to a different phone

I have a phone that is not functioning properly.  I would like to move that extension over to a different device that is not being used.  Is there an easy way to achieve that?

@Comcast_Jodie​ Thanks for the link.  However, that does not appear to be what I am looking for.  I have a polycom phone that is not connecting and I would just like the extension and phone number that is tied to that phone moved to a different physical polycom phone.

Thanks for the clarification! So that would be adding a new device to the account. Have you tried to call in yet to our Business team at (800) 391-3000?

It shouldn't be adding a device, as I was looking at moving the number from one device to an unused device already on the account.

I had not called yet.  Figured I would see if I could get it resolved through here first.

Understood. After a bit more research this was a feature that could be done through VoiceEdge. But based on the features of the program it doesn't look like it would be an easy switch. This link provides all the features possible: https://comca.st/3NigOiG;
