Modify auto-attendant system default greeting
We are in the early stages of using the BVE auto attendant. There is an initial "auto-attendant" greeting which is to automatically for to a destination without the caller having to press a button. However, there is a message that plays which states, please wait while your call is being forwarded to an operator.
In our situation, there is no operator, we just want it to say (without anyone having to press a button) ....... being forwarded to a service manager.
I understand that is a default message but is it possible to change this and if so how?

It sounds like the option "transfer to operator" is configured, Since you said you want to automatically go to a destination without pressing a button, it sounds like you would want to change it to "transfer without prompt" instead or one of the other options. The video in that article will be helpful to watch because it explains all the options.
