License Key Management - To proceed, a ComcastSoftPhone license key is required.

I ran into this issue setting up a client's phone. There is already a key in the field, but it doesn't work. I don't understand why however, since it is a new user and to my knowledge, no one else is using or associated with the phone.

I am having the same issue trying to set up the softphone this morning. Please fix, Comcast.
