Integrate VoiceEdge PBX with Zoho CRM

I want to request with the Comcast business team that they add an integration with my CRM: https://www.zoho.com/phonebridge/.

This would be done through Comcast VoiceEdge PBX: https://business.comcast.com/learn/phone/voiceedge-virtual-pbx.

You currently have integrated with Salesforce CRM but not Zoho CRM which is another popular CRM that my business uses. This is extremely important due to the nature of my business.

My apologies for the delay and the confusion! At this time, this is not something we offer but I have noted that there are multiple requests for integration with Zoho CRM. Your feedback is vital and helps us to know what products and features are needed! I keep waiting for Comcast to catch up here. Phone call analytics are becoming so important, I'm looking at other VOIP systems.

Seems Comcast is making this decision easy for us, have waited long enough and decided its better to move along with Zoho and find a phone system that will integrate than to drop Zoho.
