How do you get phones to display the correct time?

We had an issue with our phones turning over to our answering service incorrectly.  We found on BVE that our setting showed a different time zone.  We corrected that and hope that solves that issue.  However, we still have three phones out of 4 that are showing incorrect times.   We've unplugged and reset the phones and that has not helped.   We also changed the time zone  on the phones under settings and that also did not work.    We also completely restarted our modem/gateway and still did not help.  

Any suggestions on how to fix these phones?   We worry this will still cause issues after hours and our BVE schedule.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
