goes straight to voicemail

When you call main number auto attendant answers phone, then when you press 0 for operator is is immediately forwarded to voicemail. We have tried every * to fix. We need this fixed and it shouldn't be this hard to get support for phones.

Steps to send a Private Message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Private Chat Message" icon or https://comca.st/3m7HpSK
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
