External Caller ID

Is there a way to change the External Caller ID for what shows when we call out? We have 3 different phone numbers, however we want specific users to have the caller ID of the phone number for the group they work within. Right now, everyone gets the main line caller ID. Please advise!

I wish the answer was posted here so everyone could fix this issue... instead of a Comcast rep. taking the conversation private! Why waste my time having to take 45 minutes to get on a phone call with you guys, instead of just telling us here, how to fix the issue?!

Hello @nunyabusiness. There are many reasons why we take a message into private. This issue may have not been solved either which is why there is not solution. Are you having this issue or have you already called us and had it taken care of?
