Does the Comcast-branded Bria v3 softphone work with Windows 10... or not?

I've set up a couple of new Dell XPS laptops with Windows 10 Pro and installed the 3.5.5.21 79136 softphone and have been getting weird problems we didn't encounter on our Windows 7 laptops: dropped calls, unclickable buttons, no voice channel, etc. I called BVE tech support and was told by the agent that Win10 is not supported and they didn't know when it would be. 

My sales rep says, "it works; just reinstall it". I see that Bria is now on v4 of their softphone. Is v3 working for you on Windows 10 reliably, and if not, does anyone know when we will be getting a compatible update?
