directing a caller during no answer greeting
If I'm out of the office and I want someone listening to my no-answer greeting to be able to either route to another person in the office or go back to the main menu - is there a way to do that other than telling them to hang up and dial in again? I've tested all the numbers and */# and nothing seems to work - do I have to have an extended away greeting enabled?

Hello! This is a great question, and I would be happy to go over your feature options on your phone line! Can you please send me a private message with your name, so I can better assist?

HI Abbie. I think I may have found it in my settings - it looks like there's only one extension I can designate when someone presses "0" and I set that to be our service manager. I have not tested it though. I'm (name), owner and GM at (business name). I can be reached at (phone number). I am off this week Tuesday - Friday (which is why I'm trying to get this set up today 🙂 )

Hey, Jackie! Awesome, I am glad you were able to get the feature set up! Thank you so much for getting back to me! For future reference, please send us a private message with your personal information, this is a public forum, so I want to make sure your information stays private. I went ahead and removed your personal info for you. Since you reached out to us on forums, we prefer to keep the conversation right here for tracking purposes, and so we can offer solutions for others that may have a similar question! Can you test the setup to make sure it does what you need it to?
