"Dial Extension" Prompt

External/outside callers do not currently get an opportunity (i.e. hear a prompt) to dial an extension. Assuming this is possible, how would I go about enabling such a feature?

Hi, @user_4bf236. It sounds like you're trying to change settings for our automated attendant with our VoiceEdge service. If you log into your MyAccount page ( it should allow you to make the changes there. Try following the steps listed here and let me know if that helps!
