Good Morning, @user_618876 You can return your Xfinity desk top phones by dropping them off an Xfinity or UPS store, or by mailing them back using a prepaid shipping label from Xfinity's Digital Return Center. Simply taking the equipment to a Xfinity Retail Store or UPS Store is the easiest method, as they can handle the return without a shipping label.-Richard
