Conference Calls Dropping

Installed the new  voice edge system in November and have had problems with dropped single calls and conference calls. Even expanded the number of lines but still continues to happen. 

 

Also, there is a delay when you use the speaker phone when first answering the call.  It can take 4 to 5 seconds before the caller can hear you. 

 

Are there any fixes in the works for these problems?

we are having the exact same issue.... we just  started with comcast and  my first conference call, and i was getting cut in and out! Ridiculous. That call was Important! comcast needs to fix this yesterday.  could be a firewall issue. we;re having that checked this friday. Downey Insurance Group Marlborough, Ma.
