Comcast Softphone application

When using the spftphone application the History tab shows dates and times as if in my timezone and in 12 hour format. But the Call History tab shows everything in what looks to be Greenwich Mean Time and formatted as 24 hour time format, which is precicly 5 hours ahead of my Eastern Time zone. Is there any way that anyone knows of the change the formatting of that tab to GMT -5?

Hello Jobiality welcome to the forum,

 

In order update you time zone preferences you can login to the BVE portal  . Once logged in click the My account tab listed underneath you name in the top right corner. Then scroll down to the Time zone tab.

 

Login> My account> Timezone

The timezone there is eastern timezone. GMT-4

The call in the Call History tab are exactly 5 hours ahead of the actual time for the same calls in the History tab.

Its bizzare.
