Comcast Business iPhone App and Call Transfers

Our team has the Comcast Business app on their phone that lets them use the Be Anywhere feature. Nobody can figure out how to transfer a call to another team member while on a call using the Be Anywhere feature from their cell phone.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

I am sorry to learn about this experience with transferring a call to another team member while on a call using the Be Anywhere feature from a cell phone. You have reached the right place for help! After further research, I am seeing that this service feature does not include transferring a call.
