Change the number of rings before it goes to voicemail
How do I change the number of rings before our voicemail picks up?
Currently, the phone will ring 8 times before it goes to VM. I would like it to pick up on the 4th or 5th ring. Most people just hang up if it takes that long for the VM to pick up.

You can log into your VoiceEdge End User Feature Portal, hover over the Voicemail Tab, and choose the Greetings section from the pulldown. There you will see a section called Voicemail Pick Up Options where you can choose the number of rings that a caller will hear before going into your voicemail, from a pulldown. I hope that helps.
