CDR Credentials

Hello,

We are attempting to access our CDR through the Trunk Details Records portal.  We received an error that our account number must be no less than 11 digits long and not exceed 16 digits, but our Business VoiceEdge account # is only 9 digits.  Additionally, it is stated in the CDR access article that our pin would be mailed to us and we have not received anything.  Please advise.

Hello Dena,

I'm unable to private message you.  After clicking your name and attempting to start peer to peer conversation your name is not listed with or without the underscore.  Please advise.
