Can we assign our phone numbers to soft keys

Looking to assign our phone numbers to soft keys so when some puts a call on hold anyone can hit the soft key to pickup the call

I no longer work for Comcast.

we dont have access to that interface. Only online comcast business interface

Ok, thank you for trying that. When you do, is it giving you an error or the log in information isn't working? Since the soft key feature is part of the phones themselves, I don't think there is another way to set that up.
